60 Day Money Back Guarantee

Athena Group extends a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee to all our product clients.

This guarantee shall begin upon the setup of client's account and shall expire sixty days later. Client has the right to cancel their contract with Athena Group by submitting notice to Athena Group by fax within the 60 days.

Upon submission of the cancellation, Client's account shall be immediately terminated and all fees, including setup except as noted below, shall be credited to the client's credit card.

Note: Any custom work such as custom logo's, flash presentations, custom templates, domains names purchased upon clients behalf shall not be refunded.

Refunds apply only to stock items ready available for purchase on our web site. 

Cancellation Policy

Requesting an Account Cancellation:

A cancellation will only be accepted if it is done by the following method: The customer must submit request for cancellation by email and the customer must fax a cancellation request to 864-848-4981. The request must include the following information:

Domain Name/Account Name (email and fax)

Account Passwords (email and fax)

Valid email address other than a POP3 account (email and fax)

Cancellation Reason (email and fax)

Signature of Account Owner (fax)

All account cancellations must be received in the above manner prior to the sixtieth (60th) day. Account cancellations received on or after the sixtieth (60th) day shall not be honored.

Athena Group will use the valid email address supplied with the request for cancellation to verify the cancellation.

When a cancellation request is made, Athena Group will immediately remove all configuration information as well as all contents of the account on the sixtieth (60th) day, or as soon thereafter as is possible. All files, content, graphics, and any unread email on the server (your hosted account) will be lost.
